Dealing with the death of someone is hard, especially if it is a family member. Make a will so that those you leave behind will know how you want your estate distributed. Do a medical power of attorney so that your family members will know what to do when you no longer can make medical decisions for yourself. If you have small children, do a declaration of guardian so that you can decide who will take care of your children after you are gone.
